L: poured into snifter. A strong amount of carbonation that created a solid head. Thought drinking the head lingered and got less and less every sip. The lacing quickly drops down to the beer and leaves nothing 20 seconds after.
S: some light chocolate, a solid presence of port wine and oak. Sweet raspberry helps pull this together.
T: light sweet raspberry wine. Touch of chocolate and malt with a bit of barrel as well.
F: effervescent and medium thickness.

Surprisingly good. Smells of berries, tastes kinda sweet. You barely sense the wine. A+

Imperial stout brewed in collaboration with Rev Brewing Co., Covina, CA.
"Blended with port wine aged for 10 years in barrels on decadent chocolates."
As advertised, this stout tastes like the dark chocolate and black cherry cordial that you might find inside a heart shaped box on Cupid's favorite holiday.
