Vohs Weizenbier is a German Wheat Beer and is a seasonal offering at Uncle Leo's. It is our tribute to our neighbours, Matt and Brenda Vohs, the owners of Piper's Landing Restaurant, Lyon's Brook, NS, and the first customer to put our beer on tap. Vohs Weizenbier is a pale, refreshing beer with a distinctive banana and clove character, low hop bitterness, and a relatively dry finish. The high protein content of the wheat in this beer impairs clarity and is normal for this style.

Hazy light amber with a smallish head. Pleasant vanilla banana nose. Light-medium body, quite thin for the style. Good dry finish & flavour.
