Signature Pale

Pours well with plenty of life, a nice frothy head and just enough gas. This results in a toffee counted ale with looks great. The smell is quite sweet with a light malty biscuity base and a hint of hops. Very rounded balance on drinking with alcohol, malt and hops all coming through but no one over powering the other; this does leave it ever so slightly lacking taste or body. Easy to swallow with a pleasant aftertaste - slightly sweet and almost caramel. Nice ale, easy to drink and would certainly drink it again
