Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. Deep golden to orange colour, white head. Very nice aroma of fruity and spicy hops, also orange zest and spicy saison yeast. Spicy and fairly dry flavour, less fruitiness here, and rather sharp bittering hops in the finish.

Enjoyed from the 330 ml bottle in a snifter via a friend from across the pond---THANKS IAN!
This interesting saison pours a lightly cloudy yet luminous dirty blonde with a fantastic head of fluffy white foam that settles to a thick layer and excellent sudsy lacing. Nose of spicy hops, lemon grass, orange zest, and earthy yeast. Flavors follow the nose with subtle tart lemon and orange peel surrounded by light wheat and light cracker notes on the front and sides, spicy hops hit middle to back with light earthy yeast and a touch of bret. Nice carbonation, lively and refreshing, with a dry spicy hops finish.
A very nice saison and one I am grateful to have the opportunity to have tried.
Cheers
