Pours a beautiful golden color that is nearly clear and supports a frothy, creamy white head. Nice lemongrass and bread notes on the nose, right in line with the style.
The lemongrass is forward on the taste, and the bready malt adds a bit of sweetness for balance. The mouthfeel is crisp, lending itself to the refreshing nature of this really nice kolsch.

Smooth and crisp, with a slight sweetness. very session-able. For a domestically brewed Kolsch this is fantastic when fresh.

Pours a golden color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. No discernable aroma. Flavor is crisp and dry with a hint of hop bitterness. A decent Kolsch for the summertime.

This was an okay to me. Nothing special. Still better than an American adjunct though.

Pale in color, aroma like a average bud or miller light flavor slight bitter hop a very thin watery beer. Was free so I drank it, but wouldn't go out and look for it. brewery is local 15 miles from me.

Stumbled upon this at a restaurant and fell in love. Light, refreshing. An excellant session beer.

Golden in color. Only a very slight hop bitterness. Smooth and very easy to drink. One of the better Kolsch's I've had. Could drink many of these on a hot, summer day.
