Pours a beautiful copper color that is nearly clear with a light tan head that laces the glass very nicely. Decent grapefruit and nice pine notes on the nose, with a smidge of caramalt.

The grapefruit is a bit pithy on the taste, which actually works well with the resiny pine, and the caramalt adds a nice sweetness to keep the bitterness in check at 52 IBU’s.

The mouthfeel is nicely dry, fitting the WCIPA style, my first from my “campground local.” A very drinkable example of the WCIPA style.

For a standard IPA this is my favorite. Citrusy hops come out first and last. Easy to drink at 7.5% abv. Fill a 28 oz mug with this at the brewery and you have yourself the start to a perfect day.

This is a local brewery for me. Nice and fresh for sure. I have to say it's a really fruity...... but not too overpowering hop- influenced IPA. I will look for it again.

 

This is an IPA which is a pleasure to drink. It is hoppy, yet smooth. It has a pleasant alcohol content, yet you would not guess it by taste alone. This is a beer for beer lovers. Top notch brew IMHO

 

Solid IPA from Chapman's. Not over the top bitter, yet still has a very nice Chinook hop flavor. While not mind altering, Chapman's beers are always consistent and solid. Undaunted is no exception. Much better on tap IMO.

This is a very good local brew. As a single-hop IPA, it portrays its Chinook hops clearly. Initially, the taste and aftertaste seem quite bitter, but as your palate adjusts, your appreciation grows. It's similar to drinking spirits, where your first sip accommodates your taste buds. Undaunted, I enjoyed this. Nice job!

Hard to drink. I usually drink beer about the 7.2% level and this one was just not very good. Wasn't overly strong or having too strong of an alcohol bite. Not for me. The taste was just really missing.
