On draught at Bailey's, TicWitTic is clear gold with a small white collar and skim, was lazy bubbles and light lace. Served in a small snifter.
Smell is faint and sour, a little musty, yeasty.
Taste is pretty sour, lactic. Like a Berliner Weisse really. Way more punch then the nose, but mostly all pucker. Slightly grainy finish.
Mouthfeel is light and dry.
Drinkability is fine, a light, inoffensive sour beer. I like the lacto pucker, but I could use more depth from the base beer.
