I had a pint of this at the brewery.
It poured a good, clear clover-honey color with a 1/4" clean white head. The smell is perfume-y, with some jasmine and honey quality but there's also a skunky note and a bit of sourness that isn't a pleasant 'citrus' sour.
The taste hits mid-mouth with a lot of upfront malt for an IPA. There's a corresponding back-of-mouth flat bitter, particularly in the finish but the malt is the surprise for me on this.
Good active carbonation. Smooth for the most part. I'd get this again and it would be a standout if it wasn't for the sourness and skunky-ness on the smell.
