Don’t add lime to your beer, let the brewer do it for you! Fresh lime zest adds a subtly citrus tartness to this liquid sunshine lager.

Taste at Ecliptic. Aroma and flavor right where you'd expect. Bright, clear golden pour. Big grainy flavors without the normal sweetness. Hint of lime zest. Solid lager

A: Pours a relatively clear pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and faint bright yellow + pale yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy pillowy very light beige head that slowly reduces to a handful of small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Just shy of moderate aromas of cracker + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness along with light aromas of grassy hops and slightly heavier than light aromas of lime zest citrus.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of cracker + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by slightly heavier than light flavors of lime zest citrus. Finally there are light flavors of grassy hops which contribute a light amount of bitterness which fades away after a relatively short time leaving a clean finish.
M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp upfront with a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and just enough crispness to make it refreshing. Enjoyable with the nice presence of lime zest. Would pair really nicely with some spicy food or chips + salsa.

"Space" pours a bright golden color with a worthy lace. Lots of lime zest in the nose with soft floral and grainy notes. Light-bodied, soft on the palate, crisp, and creamy. Crackery malt character with hint of sweetness. A hit of tart citrus wakes the palate, while a solid dose of lime zest, perceived saltiness, and dry edge keep things interesting and incredibly refreshing. Lime zest lingers with an oily feel and slight astringency.
I'm a sucker for the style and not having to add my own lime is a big plus. I could crush this beer all day.

Pilsner glass at brewery.
A: Menu says served with fresh lime zest. Served a clear light golden with a cap of bright white foam left sheets of sticky lace down the glass. A thick collar persisted most of the beer through.
S: Clean crisp grains and a kiss of fresh citrus.
T: Crisp dry grainy flavor with a solid ambiguous bitter punch in the finish. The kiss of fresh lime is present in the aftertaste.
M: Refreshing light body, light, crisp, drying mouthfeel.
O: Straightforward and easy to drink. Refreshing without being overly thin.
