An unfiltered look to the amber brew, but not exactly hazy. Swirls of foam in the Chimay chalice. A little sticker notes this is IPA #11 and the New Zealand hops are NZH-107 (a hop blend), Rakau, and Dr. Rudi. Quite aromatic with all kinds of fruit. Flavors of pear, papaya, and pine.
This is a fun and intriguing mess of hops. Fruity and powerful with just a little malty sweetness. Nicely spritzy on the tongue. From the 16 oz can purchased at BottleCraft. Can't decipher the stamp on the bottom
