Handsome orangey amber brew with tall foam in the Timmermans goblet. Sparkling and sudsy mouthfeel. Warm and malty with a pleasant sweetness nicely balanced by the kiss of hops. Delicious roasted barley flavor. Overall, a much better than average Vienna; eminently quaffable. Just a slight bitterish aftertaste, easily corrected by another swig of the mellow malt. From the 16 oz can purchased somewhere in the wild Northwest.

16oz canned on 02/08/2022.. Sample from the brewery.

Bright amber with a creamy white lace. Some fresh dough in the nose, but very clean overall. Crispy carbonation, drinks light with a medium-ish body, nice bite of noble hops, layers of toasty and crusty bread, caramel with a slight candy-like note that adds depth, and some biscuit in the drying finish.

Forgot about this beer in the back of the fridge, but it held up very well and is one of the best Vienna-Style Lagers that I've had in recent years.

Very pretty color. It's a clear deep amber, topped by a finger of light tan head. Pleasant aroma of biscuit dough. Taste is very malt forward with a touch of hop bitterness. Could use a touch more carbonation, but over all, it's very well done. On a cool, damp day like today, this lager fits the bill.

On tap in a 12 ounce Pilsner glass.

Copper with a hint of amber color, 1/2F white cap that retains. Lots of active bubbles. Web lacing.

Floral and grassy hops to start, light caramel malt aromas follow. Slightly metallic.

Rich breading, toasted caramel, orange citrus flavor along with strong terpenes.

Light yet rich with lasting flavor and hop kick.

Good Vienna Lagers are few and far between. This is fresh and good.

Look: A beautiful orange color, leaning red with a voluptuous off-white head that balloons up and holds well, slowly relenting its hold and leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Fresh baked bread, raw dough, caramel, melanoidin, floral hops, and an almost graham cracker-like note
Taste: The graham cracker note and fresh baked bread open it up and quickly joined by a barrage of floral hop notes – Stephan’s jasmine, andromeda, and Mexican orange among them. Doughy notes filter in along with caramel and hold center stage for a moment before bread and floral hops close it out
Mouthfeel: Full but light, very clean throughout, medium-high carbonation, and a clean and crisp finish
Overall: This is quite delicious. I’ve always been a fan of these folks and since I’m such a huge lager fan too, was pumped to hear about this new series. A very tasty Vienna lager that hits all the right notes for me across the board and one I could easily imbibe several of throughout an evening or whenever. More of this and any subsequent ones in this series are definitely going to be in the rotation and fridge in the near future
