This is a new beer for me. When I saw "steam beer" Anchor brewing came to mind. On top of that a local brewery!
Pours a translucent amber producing a long lived head that laced the glass to the very last drop at the bottom.
A mild but bucolic nose eminating hints of yeast, hops, wild flowers maybe even hints of freshly cut grass.
Flavor is a mild but firm combination of hops tang and malt sweetness. The finish is a long lasting reverberation of the start- hops keep going. Mouthfeel lingers-- and it's a ploy because as soon as I send this review on its way I'm opening another bottle! Very much worth your time to find this beer and try it.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
