Just a hell of a lot of wine, oak and green apple. There's some subtle brett on the finish. Super approachable and in no way can you tell this BA wild is 10.4%. One of the best collabs I've come across.

Pours dark gold, with a white head. Aromas of funk and fruit. Has flavors of pear, yogurt, pineapple, bread, and funk. Mildly tart with a touch of acidity. Super smooth mouthfeel. Overall, awesome beer from two very good breweries.
