We don’t keep it a secret, here at at BBC we love to brew with rye. We also love IPA’s. With those two things in mind, we determined that the one class of IPA that we didn’t have was one based on our favorite adjunct. We decided it was about time to brew one up.
Our North Bay IPA contains close to 15% rye, beautifully complementing the pale ale base malt. What makes this little gem a hit is our generous hopping of Magnum, Chinook, Centennial, Cascade, and Warrior.
