There is nothing so unique like the flavors of a great Belgian Wheat, so we decided to merge these unique Belgian flavors with our love for British hops. We started with a pale ale base malt and added a generous portion of torrified wheat. We rounded out the mash with some light caramel malts, brown sugar, and flaked barley. The boil was hopped with Goldings and a wee bit of Centennial. We pitched a great Belgian Abbey yeast and the rest was magic. This ale is good soon after brewed, but you will only find it on tap after a bit of aging, as time brings out its finest qualities.
