On tap at the brewery in a wheat glass
L: Mildly opaque gold. Head recedes quickly.
A: Standard bread and cloves.
T: Very malty; this truly is liquid bread. Yeast flavor as well, of course. Rum bread. Spicy finish, black pepper. That spiciness mixes with a sweetness that lingers on the plate. Something fruity. Green pear, maybe.
F: Medium feel. Pleasantly sticky; the taste sticks around for quite a while after a sip.
O: An interesting hefe, boldly flavored.

Just as good as any hefe I've had in all the towns I've visited in Germany
