Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours pitch black with a large light brown head. Smells of sweet grain with dark roasted notes. Tastes of salty sweet grain with slight coffee. Beer is light bodied and very easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

Very decent. This doesn't to my knowledge have oysters involved in the brewing process but the profile reminds me of a good Irish style stout. Medium to light bodied, with a smooth and dry finish. Notes of bakers chocolate and drip coffee that has been brewed 5 hours ago. Overall i'd drink it again.

Had at the brewery.
Wow, this might just be the blackest, darkest beer I've ever seen. No light from my phone flashlight makes it through one side of the glass to the other.
Taste is super smooth, the feel is super velvety. All the flavors seem blended together nicely, rather than many stouts where you just get strong coffee notes or strong chocolate notes. This is like equal parts chocolate, vanilla, and coffee all blended into one, with enough bitterness to remind you that you're drinking a beer and not a milkshake.
This is Mully's best beer and will probably be one of my most consumed brews this winter.

Bottle to a stout glass.
Pours dark, almost black. Aroma is of roasted malt, coffee.. slight chocolate. Taste mirrors the smell, which is a good thing. As the beer warms, it slowly goes from the malt aroma, to coffee. One thing to note, is the dry aftertaste. Almost over carbonated, it is a dry stout.
I almost bypassed it last year, as I'm not an oyster stout fan. The word SHUCKER scared me.. but I read the description on the bottle, and realized it wasn't oyster flavored. I like this beer, and being only 5.3 ABV, it's very easy to enjoy a few without the buzz worry.

I love oysters and I love stouts, but have never liked oyster stouts so imagine my surprise when I liked this. Lots of chocolate, chocolate malt, malted barley and just a pinch of sea salt. I found this to be nicely drinkable
