This looks like a classical Berliner weisse - sparkling and clear. The lacto on the aroma is extremely mild, but there are some touches of lemon and Greek yogurt. There's a distinct white wine quality to this beer that also shows up on the taste buds. It finishes with gentle lacto tartness. It seems very traditional, and is also nicely balanced. Nothing wows, however. While a bit on the heavy side bulk-wise, the texture is clean, crisp, and moderately carbonated. Not a particularly impressive product, but it's easygoing and drinkable. This could easily lure white wine drinkers into the beer world, too.
