A slightly opaque amber/tea colored pour with some clarity, a thick dense head, ample lacing.
Flavorful toasted malt, caramel/toffee notes. A mild, earthy, leafy hops profile. A smooth and easy drinking Doppelbock.

Draught 10oz snifter at The Brass Tap here in Baltimore: clear light-brown body, brief white head leaves a ring, some cap, and a bit of lace. Toffee aroma? Taste of malt & raisins. Light-bodied, definite alcohol presence. A middle of the road dubbel.
