a loosely belgian white ale with jasmine flowers and white tea in it, i think this was my favorite beer from our visit to courtyard, it is expertly done, and the added ingredients are clear and beautiful in here, perfectly dosed and brilliantly chosen, there is no limit to how much of this beer i could drink. its clear for the style, glowing under a short white head in the glass. aromatically this is amazing, the jasmine is soft and blooming and fresh, natural, not perfumy or forced, its delicate but obvious at the same time, really enticing. the tea has some herbaceousness of its own, but remains fairly mild in the nose, light bitterness and plant greenness, thats about it. the flavor is awesome, the tea gives ti a clean briskness and a little bitter to finish, the yeast here has a floral note that works with the jasmine, and it dries the beer out perfectly, light fruity esters to it, white wine grape and pear, also nice with the fresh jasmine. clean and uplifting feel and finish, this is at once a refreshing pounder and a contemplative sipper, i love beer like this! great use of the tea and the jasmine, gorgeous beer overall, unexpected and enlightened! they should can this...
