8 ball black with a short tan head dispersing to a creamy flat collar.
Chocolatey as all get out, it's like the classic brown donut glaze delivered by a slick but nearly full body. A fine fizz then lifts up mild chars accompanied by a little heat before bringing up a touch of nuttiness and even vanillin.
Definitely a better pastry bomb than the base.
