Lightly foggy burnt amber with a fairly tall khaki foam head.
This exhibits Perennial levels of explosively dusty cinnamon far beyond any beignet I've ever had, but hey, it's their home pastry, not mine. This in turn translates as an apple cider over an amber- or even maerzen-like base, which is odd considering the strength. It has that sort of leafy, mild maltiness in the exhale.
