Orange, opalescent appearance. One finger of white foam, quite average, even if a bit too quick to fall down.
Fresh smell, spicy, coriander overall, with floral notes.
Bvlanche ntes in the mouth, orange peel and coriander. Lightl peppery notes. A quite bitter finish.
A correct blanche, nothing exceptional, but drinkable.
