Fantastic new brewery in Memphis. This saison is fantastic and well brewed. Got and was a little worried the ginger would be too much but was wrong. Ginger was a hint of it's saison goodness. I'm buying more before I leave town.

On draft at Central BBQ. Poured a cloudy, golden yellow color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of ginger, pepper and wheat. Ginger taste with a peppery touch and caramel sweetness. Pairs great with spicy BBQ.
