A very nice beer to be paired with spicy foods. Looking forward to when this brewery begins bottling/canning. Right now it is only available at bars and local growler stations.

On draft at Flying Saucer Memphis. Poured a clear, straw-yellow color with with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of toasted caramel and floral notes. Sweet caramel flavor with a subtle bitterness.
