On tap at the Memphis airport location served in a 20oz pint glass.
It’s a lightly hazed dark amber brown. The head is appropriately creamy and slimes the glass with a beautiful curtain of foam.
The aroma is a yummy banana bread dusted with cocoa. It’s complexly malty and nutty, with some of the expected phenols.
The flavors are following in trace of the aromas and really hitting the spot for me. There is banana and minimal clove, but the malts are on show here.
Medium body with medium carbonation. A little chewy body goes well with the flavors.
I haven’t picked up a Dunkleweizen in awhile and this is a delicious one.
