Made a point to visit this brewery as I thought it might be a nice break for drives across the prairie. Was in an old converted depot on the south side of downtown, somewhat tucked away from the main drag. The interior was nice and I've heard good things about their pizza although I didn't try any. Did a flight of their beers and they were standard fare but solid except their wheat which I liked immensely. It possessed a wheatiness that I have found lacking in other wheat beers and decided to buy a growler fill. Prices were very reasonable and if I'm in McCook again there is a very good chance I will be back again. I wish they are some bolder beers but the area is relatively new for craft beer and I'm sure that will come in time.

An interesting place and a good addition to Nebraska brewery scene.
The food was good. Seemed to be mostly made from scratch and I believe they do source some items locally when they can. I ordered an appetizer and fully expected the regular sort of appetizer, but they were totally made from scratch using local peppers.
The beers were consistent, and 2-3 stood out. I do not try light beers, or the ones the brewers say are entry level beers for new to craft beer folks. All in all a good place to check out, as it is a craft brewery in a train station with good food. Family friendly as well.
