Had this along with a few other tequila barrel-aged beers (Agave Maria, OK-Si, and Beer Geek Breakfast Tequila BA) and this was definitely the one in which, in both aroma and taste, the tequila was most pronounced. The only knock on it is that the body was very thin. And although I always find that a bit disappointing in some stouts, in didn't distract from how great this beer is.

The best of the bunch, by far. Pours a jet black, but there really was no head. Maybe it was just my glass, despite my aggressive pour.
The smell smacks you with a hearty tequila, then a bit of roast and some malty sweetness.
Tastes just like someone roasted some tequila with coffee beans. It's actually very good. The tequila is very prominent, with the roasted characters coming out and ending with a bitter note. There is a little hint of booziness, but this is a super smooth and very drinkable beer. Take hed of the high abv though.
