Up Quark IPA
Appearance: A hazy golden beer suspends a nice, well-formed head. Some lacing. (4.25)
Smell: Smells of citrus and hops. Very strong aroma, can smell the beer from the other side of a table. Bold and a tad fruity. (4.25)
Taste: Very light fruitiness quickly transitions into a bold, hoppy, bitter flavor. The sip then moves to a great citrus/orange note, and finishes a bit dry with a hoppy aftertaste and mild bitterness. (4.0)
Mouthfeel: Medium-light bodied. Starts light, then moves to a bold hoppiness followed by an easy, dry finish. (4.0)
Overall: Delicious beer. More citrus was expected from the smell, but the tasty, bitter hops did not disappoint. (4.0)

Fresh growler from the brewery.
Hazy yellow-gold color. Pine/resin, fruity aroma with grainy undertone.
Layers of stone fruit & citrus on a Pilsner/Vienna foundation.
Overall I like it. The combination of American and German hops creates some interesting aroma and flavor combinations. I'd drink it again.
