`From the pint can, it pours a slightly hazy light amber color with a nice white head that lasts and leaves lacing. The nose gets a pleasant scent of citrus and pineapple. The mouth gets light citrus flavor with notes of malt. A bit too strong to be sessionable, but pleasant and easy drinking.

Freshie can direct from the brewery this afternoon.
Nice looking fully hazed pour and leaving great looking scattered sheeting.
Tropical fruit sniff, super fresh and pungent.
Tasty brew with fresh tropical fruits abounding..pineapple, mango and kiwi all over this one...fine creation...

Pours hazy with mild head from an undated 12oz can to a Nonic.
Mild aroma, faint horse blanket.
Taste is kind of malty. I suspect this sample is old.
Not an impressive beer, other than the fact it is made from 100% Connecticut ingredients (except the yeast I assume). That is real impressive for this state, believe me.
Too bad, this brewery has had some other successes IMO.

Not much aroma. Can was maybe a bit too cold. Murky with finely bubbled, thin head. Flavor is underwhelming. The finish is all that im really able to concentrate on... a bit resinous, piney but not in a fresh or pleasant way where there is another note to balance out the dryness. The nugget bitterness is dominating this beer a bit too much for my taste, that is not to say that is too bitter but rather it just lacks finishing or aroma hop presence. Can says “primarily nugget and chinook”. Love the fact that its all ct grown.
