Poured from a 12 ounce can into a Firefly Hollow stemmed glass. White head, 2 fingers deep, some lacing. The body of the beer is a mellow yellow. Some hoppy fruitiness on the nose. First sip reveals some hops flavor from the Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops with very mild bitterness (25 IBUs). A bit of sweetness from the 'grist' of Boh Pils, Malted Wheat and Flaked oats. This is a good introductory IPA for those who have yet to try one, or as a session IPA.
