This beer tastes of coriander or clove. Im going to assume this is not a beer with a long shelf life, but both Lit and Citra Perfect have seemed more like witbier than neipa or dipa. Flat, no bitterness, no hoppiness, no fruitiness and an absolutely peculiar coriander presence that is too much to ignore. I am really, really disappointed by this. Phenols likely to blame. Definitely not something you ever want in an ipa… or most styles.
