Bright copper and crystal clear with occasional carbonation within a T'Zelfde stange. A brief almond fizz immediately forms a ring.
Sweet caramel reaches out while pouring before turning towards tea. Warmth transforms this beer towards lemon, green apple and faint floral notes.
There is a balance of moderate bitterness, tartness and sweetness. Lemon and lime work with quiet maltiness. The beer is very similar to a sweet tea with honey and lemon right through a light lingering and bright finish.
The body is light to medium with a silky yet scratchy texture. Carbonation is faint and fine. The finish is mildly refreshing and tending toward dry.
This made for a good lunch beer that I imagine would pair well with a reuben or long conversation.

Seems more like a darker Gose, but a weak attempt at that. Low carbonation, thin body, light in flavor except for some notable salt, tart, bit of fruit and malt

Small white heat, robust yellow color.
Interesting aroma, containing funky acidity, yeast and fresh apple.
Very refeshing, altough carbonation isn’t as high as expected. Still, sour green apple and a decent, dry tartness add to that impression. Chewy, dry, mouthfeel with a little sparkling, topped by a warm spiciness. Yeast adds character to the beer, supporting the bitterness very well, also adds smoothness. As nice as the beginning is, there is no real follow up, but a watery finish, going along with a discreet bitterness and hints of salt. All in all, this is a unique beer, which deserves an ending, with a little more punch.
