Slightly hazed copperish amber with a yellowish white, extremely bubbly head. Nose is a fair bit of apple and cinnamon. Has a touch of apple sauce quality. Earthy and musky spice. Taste has some apple and cinnamon, less than the nose. Some light grain mixed with musk and a hint of salt. Fairly spicy with notes of citrus. Heavily carbonated, lighter body. Carbonation makes the finish a bit uneven and thins out the flavor.
