Bottled 08-06 for 50th birthday of Vilvordia( students). Great presentation with well lasting head and a foggy golden beer. Nose is lots of hopsgiving it a green but yeasty nose and a very dry and spicy nose. Some maltyness and litle sweetness in the back but defenitly something else. As is taste that shows major bitterness though different from aIPA as for this one they used 100% belgium hops( Hallertau and kent goldings) and a belgium saaz for dryhopping. Good taste though as I also get a good share of fine malts that gives this dry and bitter beer body. Fine carbonation with it makes a plesant but bitter mouthfeel. IMO a fine and well drinkable beer that's very enjoyable but majorly bittered.
