Dive. And not in that lovable way. More like neglect. I don't love that I'm not given a beer list or drink list of any kind. You're a frigging brewery, every guest should be given a list of your beers with descriptions of them when they'resat down at a table. The staff barely had much info about the house beers.

The stout I had was quite possibly the worst beer I've ever tasted. The ESB was acceptable.

Burgers were good but the fries had no seasoning. The mozerlla bites had zero flavor. My kids meal was the tiniest pathetic little pasta dish and she left hungry.

This place needs some TLC. Going elsewhere is tough in this area. There's not much around.

Rustic, mid sized spot located 2 minutes down the road from the Smugglers Notch ski resort.

Bar straight ahead as you enter and tables mostly to the left.

Friendly service, casual and comfortable atmosphere (woohoo you are in Vermont).

The offering about a smattering of respectable taps, hopefully they will have a tasty Vermont NEIPA when you visit...better the decent burgers....

Def worth a visit if you find yourself in the resort area....

Tavern-ish brewpub with tourist vibe that is under going renovation and expansion. Big open room with bar that seats 10 to 12 and a dozen or so table scattered about. Only 3 of there own beers on tap, the one I had was ok. Friendly service, did not try the food.

Somewhat dated, dingy bar right below Smugglers Notch ski area.
Fair selection of beer.
Large menu of pub style food, with lots of burgers and fish and chips.
Good after skinstop.

Going out to Jeffersonville, well, you're in luck because this nice little brewpub serves up some spectacular food. Service has always been good every time I've been here. Always clean, music is kept at bay to an extent at one part of the bar, the other side, they usually keep some TV's going with mainly sports. Their sand volleyball court is open in the Summer. Me and my son like to go back every now and again.

Yet another place off the beaten trail in VT. It was out of the way of everything, but I decided to pop in on my last trip. Really the only thing you'd be doing if you're actually in this area of the state, is heading for the slopes. I visited when they had just opened for the day and I was the only one there (it's just how my schedule for the day worked out), so I didn't get a full feel for the atmosphere. But the bar itself was pretty laid back, kind of like your typical sports bar, or friend's basement. There's a medium-small bar upstairs, a seating/dining area, a pool table; downstairs is another pool table, but no bar.

Service was fine...hard to be bad when there's only one customer in the whole place.

As for beer, there were two house brews, and a decent selection of average locals, micros, and macros. Something for everyone, I suppose. The Aztec Stout I thought was quite good.

There is a food menu, and it actually looked pretty good, but having eaten beforehand, I didn't sample anything. Prices were reasonable all around.

Overall this seemed like a pretty good place, though I'd imagine it might get rowdy during sporting events or when skiers are in town. I wouldn't necessarily say it's worth going out of your way for, unless you have a lot of spare time.
