Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, orange-gold coloring with a halo of white head. Nose of ginger, subtle honey, and a bready backbone, with subtle spicing. Flavors are toasted grain forward, with a ginger follow, and highlights of cinnamon spice. Very balanced and sweet on a crisp, light body. The finish is smooth, clean, and crisp, with a ginger linger. Good beer.
