Orange hue with a nice head. Bursting with a citrus melange - orange, grapefruit - and a bit of pine resin. Classic aroma but very well done. Flavor follows. Compellingly drinkable.

Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, crystal clear, golden coloring, with a halo of bright white head. Nose of tart grapefruit, cut grass, lemon grass, candi sugar, and a subtle caramel backbone. Smells great. Flavors are rich and smooth forward, with sweet caramel and honey forward, subtle frassy and piney notes, and a peppery character at the end. Smooth and light in mouth, with a grassy and citrus aftertaste. Smooth, slightly dry finish. Delicious.

(Note: This beer is not retired but on a rotating basis) - Poured a clear golden body with fizzy head that dies quick and leaves lace patches down glass. A clean, light, citric hop aroma with no discernible malt presence in the aroma. Beer is light bodied, smooth, there are notes of citric hops, minor grapefruit/tropical fruit sweetness and touches of caramel malt. Good balance so there are some hoppy and sweet notes with a dry finish; good beer but everything borders on light tasting to bland.
