Enjoyed this from the automated tap at the Charlottesville Draft Taproom. Hard to tell the actual color at the bar, but the aroma was grapefruit, and the taste was a refreshing, juicy citrusy beer that was perfect on a warm afternoon. Will drink it again the next time I come across it.

Short and sweet, this is refreshing and vibrant but the grapefruit seems a little contrived or slightly chemical. Gets a little tedious near the end.

Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, bright, orange-gold coloring, with a frothy, fluffy, white halo of head. Nose of tart grapefruit, orange rind, and candi sugar. Flavors are sweet and tart grapefruit forward, with a solid citrus kick throughout. The body is smooth and dry, with a subtle astringency throughout. The aftertaste is all grapefruit, lingering on through the dry, smooth finish. Juicy grapefruit bomb, perfect for warmer weather.
