A blend of American 2-Row and English Maris Otter Malt give a medium body and malty, bready undertones, while German crystal malts add additional color and sweetness. Czech Saaz hops help to balance the beer with spicy, earthy, herbal notes. We then stuffed the finished brew with natural pineapple, creating an experience perfect for the warmer months to come.

This is a great, fruity golden ale. Got it on tap at the brewery and took home a four pack of 16 oz crowlers. It pours a bright gold with a medium white head. Pleasant fruity, pineapple aroma. Taste was sweet pineapple up front with a slightly sour finish (the sour was less apparent in the crowler at home). Medium body with light carbonation. At home the sweetness was a bit overpowering but it's still a great spring/summer beer.
