L: Had this beer on-tap at Whole Foods, poured into a pint glass. Had a murky / dirty brown color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, off white, fairly long-lasting head. No lacing to speak of.
S: A good, but not spectacular, aroma of marshmallows, caramel, malt, and a nutty quality.
T: Tasted of a moderate amount of sweet malt (present throughout), some of the brown ale nuttiness, a good shot of caramel (mostly in the finish), and a decent amount of marshmallows. On the whole, not a bad flavor, but could've been sharper. It needs a boost in some of its ingredients, but just a little. Pretty tasty.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An uneven beer that manages to be likable. Worth a look.
