8oz draft pour into a sniffer in Melbourne, FL.
L - no discernible head. Looks like a glass of coke!!
S - great aroma of toasted coconut with a hint of amaretto.
T - way too sweet, no balance. Not boozy enough for an imperial stout. Coconut flavor is nice, just too sweet.
F - average, nothing memorable; although the amaretto after taste is quite nice.
O - mediocre at best. Disappointing. I love coconut, but it his stout is just way too sweet. Needs more balance, maltiness and a bit of booze to show through the sweetness.
