From a 330ml bottle. Poured carefully to retain the sediment in the bottle.
L: Pale yellow, pretty clear with just a little suspended yeast, no head to speak of, and a single stream of bubbles. Would be a terrible-looking beer if this was anything other than a saison.
S: Light, floral, some honeysuckle, with a hint of sour lemon in the background.
T: Lemony yeast. Like a very soft, delicate, Belgian pale ale.
F: Very light. A hint of tingle on the tongue. Gently puckering sourness gives it a lift.
O: Delicate, light, floral. Subtle and well-balanced. Exceptionally thirst quenching. Great for a summer-time lunch.
