At the brewery. Slightly hazy golden color with a thick two finger head with good retention.
Aroma with predominant notes of medicinal herbaceous hops. Hints of moth balls, oranges, bread, pineapple and candi sugar.
Flavor with notes of pineapple, pine, medicine, nutmeg, flowers, candied fruits, orange marmalade and lemon. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Bordering medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Great Belgian IPA with a somewhat traditional recipe but that was executed at perfection. Not behind any Belgian from origin.
