Draft at The Alehouse in Zurich
Huge frothy pillowy head, fades very slowly, nice pillowy soapy lacing, murky peach orange color
Nose gristy grainy malt, raw wort and cereal mash, mild tropical, faint pineapple and peachy stone fruit, some juicy citrus
Taste big creamy flaked malts, toasted cereal grainy and doughy cracker, big hops but a little weird, tangy notes, plenty of pineapple but with a vinegar like acidity, citrus like tangerine lemon blend, little earthy into spicy notes, fruity cereal, sticky finish, lingering unique citrus and tropical
Mouth is med bod, lots of small bubbles tingly like
Overall not bad, fun unique beer
