All 3 breweries share the same passion for heavily fruited beers, combining there own expertise to craft a Pavlova inspired sour beer, the resulting beer is stacked with Raspberry, Blueberry and passion fruit and hits a perfect balance between dessert sweetness and fruity acidity.
