This German-style Pilsner is crisp, clean and highly drinkable. A light malt sweetness builds into a gentle bitterness and noble hop character, creating a beer with a delicate floral aroma alongside subtle spicy notes. A bright and zippy carbonation keeps the finish satisfyingly crisp and dry, encouraging another sip

Had on tap. Murky yellow body with a white head and tons of lacing. Smells of grassy pale hops, semi-harsh yeast, and lemon zest. Taste is the same but even more rough with the yeast, not broken but underdone. Feels is pale but more so yeast and watery.
