This New England-style IPA pours with a pale orange glow and a heavy haze. Brewed with a hefty dose of new season Centennial, this modern pale ale unveils heady aromas of citrus peel, pine sap and subtle floral notes. A soft and pillowy mouthfeel builds into flavours of candied orange, sweet tangerine and a subtle piney finish. The resulting beer is balanced, full-bodied and bursting with a complex and juicy profile.

Copenhagen 23/7 2021. 44 cl can from Væskebalancen, Valby Langgade, Valby. Metallic can with a bit blue 05.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Fairly stable. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of fresh stone fruit and tropical fruits mingling with citric notes. Brings a dry vibe. Peach, nectarines and pineapple. Citrus and grapefruit. Pine needles.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, pleasantly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and potent. Lingering. Finish is dry. Intense, citric and flavorful.
A very good Indian Pale Ale.
