This massive Triple IPA utilises five unique hop additions (Incognito, whole leaf, T-90, Cryo and Spectrum) to create a beer with a complex expression of Mosaic and Citra. The result is an exploration in tropical aromas and flavours – sweet mango, ripe papaya and juicy passion fruit lead the way with a generous oat addition providing a body that is soft, smooth and thick.

Copenhagen 9/7 2021. 44 cl can from Væskebalancen, Valby Langgade, Valby. Metallic an design with a golden label with a big 85 in black.
Pours unclear and opaque orange with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fermented odor of tropical fruit soaked in alcohol mingling with a dry, dusty, citric scent. Fermented mango and peach.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit sticky, almost flat texture,
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter undertone and a distinct boozy streak. Lingering. Finish is semi-dry.
A tad sugary. But potent and boozy and with a nice citric tang.
