Crammed full of juicy new season American hops Chinook, Simcoe, Ekuanot and Sabro, this DDH Pale Ale bursts with tropical flavours of papaya, mango, coconut and orange. Oats provide a soft and pillowy body, creating a beer that is balanced and highly drinkable.

Copenhagen 12/9 2021. 44 cl can from Væskebalancen, Valby Langgade, Valby. As At Morden Wharf Pale Ale. Metallic can with some sort of production facility combined with a bit of amusement park. Looks confusing and amusing.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a fluffy, midsized white head. Stable. Settles a 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a potent fruity sweet odor mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Passion fruit and mango. Touch of petroleum.Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is fairly dry.
Potent NEIPA. Appropriate way to celebrate a Birthday.
